Hide Your Browser ID By GoogleBot

Hide your identity and enter into the websites (typical example is “Member Only” forums or sites which do not want to lose out their search engine crawl) and bypass the login page.

FirefoxAddon -Open source extension User Agent Switcher changes Firefox identifies itself to the world wide web sites you do visit. Surf anonymously over the web, it may fail quite sometimes but it works most of the time.

So get ready to surf as Google Bot, UAS can identify itself as Internet Explorer, Opera or Netscape. Additionally but you can add custom browser identifications to UAS like Google Bot & many such Ids.

In Firefox, Tools->User Agent Switcher->Options
Add Googlebot as user agent:

Description ->Googlebot
User Agent ->Googlebot/2.1 ( http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)

Then switch to this user agent.

Note : This trick may not apply on some networks. It will depend on your ISP.
